This sound will be heard as soon as card switches to 3D mode from desktop 2D mode and vice versa you can choose to play sound file while leaving 3D mode.
In Misc you can set ATITool to load at windows startup, play sound while loading profile, view the log file also you can check for updates and Reactivate all dialogs.
