NAV now is consistently the last item to load in the task bar and is adding from one to two additional minutes to the start up process. Having the same issue on one computer even after re-installed. The other PC which is fine seems to have the system tray icon and runs live update is on Windows 8 64Bit Enterprise. The latter might be an interconnected problem, since the majority of the issue discussed here, that is the delay of on-access service start.
