Michael, tried that out, and it failed to do anything. I had tried copying registry items from a working machine with the same results. Ahmadsaeed, I've tried every variation of changing the service user, startup type, etc, also with no effect. So far, nothing has fixed the issue other than installing Windows fresh. The bizzare thing is, these are all the same model computer, with the same base Windows Deployment image, some have the issue, others don't.
I've since built a new image without any issues with the new one, but it's still over PCs to re-image This was for me the solution.
